Colourful outdoor wedding Marleybrook House

Amy and James’s wedding at Marleybrook House was a colourful feast for the eyes and showed off their creativity and fun personalities beautifully. The unique venue had a vintage fairground to entertain the guests complete with classic rides such as a Ferris wheel, swings and hammer throw!

There was a cute cottage for the bridal party to get ready and the ceremony was held outdoors in the lovely walled garden, adored with colourful flowers and ribbons. The fun continued into the evening with a memorable performance by The Showstoppers, an improv musical trio who made up a musical about the couple on the spot, the catchy songs are still in my head! It was a such a fun, warm and colourful wedding and I wish Amy and James all the best as Mr and Mrs!

Civil wedding, The Museum of the Order of St John

Chris and Chris's civil wedding in London was the perfect relaxed and fun filled day. Their ceremony was held at the Museum of the Order of St John and it was a prestige and intimate setting. It was amazing to be presence somewhere with so much history! The fun continued with guests enjoying the beautiful grounds of the museum gardens and carried on with lots of drinks, food and live music at St Barts Brewery in Smithfields. Music was provided all day by the talented cellist and guitarist Eden and Noelle and it was lovely to work along side Charlotte Hu photography.

Chris and Chris's bond is filled with love, humour and admiration for each other and it was so special to witness and be apart of.

Hindu Wedding at Northbrook Park

Last Winter I shot my first Hindu wedding at Northbrook Park. My expectations of a colourful and lavish affair were not disappointed as Shivani and Andy threw an intimate and traditional Hindu wedding. The air was crisp and fresh, leaves golden and the bride looked radiant in her traditional wear. It was so much fun meeting Shivani and Andy's family and friends and they were all so warm and welcoming. I felt privileged sitting with them during dinner and enjoyed the delicious food! Highlights of this gorgeous wedding included Andy serenading Shivani during his speech and all the guests lighting up the sparklers. A lovely wedding to end 2017 on!

Hedsor House Wedding, Buckinghamshire

Last November I shot a wedding at the stunning Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire. The bride Ludmila's sister had referred me from her friend's Lianna wedding I shot the previous year. It's always nice to shoot weddings with familiar faces and when I met up with Ludmila for a chat before the big day I could tell it would be a fun and chilled out wedding. It was a crisp Autumn day, complete with a gorgeous sunset and fireworks in the evening - perfect as it was the 5th November! Ludmila and Karnell were clearly enjoying themselves from start to finish and the speeches from their family were a delight to listen too. The couple then pulled out some impressive dance moves for their first dance and the dance floor was packed with everyone having a great time.

Dodford Manor Wedding, Northampton

During the Summer I travelled up to Northampton for Amy and Adam's wedding at the lovely Dodford Manor. It was forecast rain but the skies stayed dry and in the evening, we captured the couple against a gorgeous sunset. It was an imitate wedding and the moment I saw Amy and Adam with their friends and family, I could see how much they meant to everyone.

Amy's dad Barry had her in tears with his touching speech, playing back audio clips of when Amy was a little girl as well as from her late granddad, which was a special moment. Adam's best man Paul put on a slide show of  hilarious photo-shopped images of Adam, which I'm sure Adam and the guests enjoyed! It was a wonderful day, full of touching and funny moments and I'm so happy I got to be a part of it.
